This bright 1960s bungalow is situated a short walking distance from one of NZs best surfing beaches; Hickory Bay. You'll be staying on a working farm, nestled amongst trees and native bush, with an elevated view of the pastures and coastal cliffs eastward.

The Cottage was historically used as managers accommodation, therefore almost every room boasts a view of the farm. The house is a calm and bright space, tastefully decorated in a fresh, fun and cheerful manner. It has a large outdoor living area- with access to the deck from almost every room; a recently renovated kitchen; unique timber-crafted bathroom; and lots of cosy spots to read a book in. Many of the original 1960s features still remain- the matai floors, timber cupboards and the steel windows. We're confident that the moment you walk in the door, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed. It's a great opportunity to disconnect from life's busy-ness, switch off your phone (seeing as there is no coverage here anyway!) and surf your brains out.

Standard beds for 8 people. *There are two BoConcept foldout beds that can be made up for larger groups. These don't include separate sleeping areas and would be made up specifically for your stay if numbers required.
